Hai năm trong một tấm hình. 
Với tình trạng cung hàm dưới kém phát triển và hẹp hình V, các răng mọc chen chúc và ngã nặng về phía lưỡi. Mình quyết định sử dụng chiến lược nong rộng cung hàm, ngã răng ra phía ngoài bằng khay Invisalign. Với các răng cối nhỏ, mình tạo đủ khoảng gần xa, dùng thun và button bổ sung lực kéo nghiêng thân răng, dùng khay để kiểm soát chân răng.

Two years in one picture.
Due to underdeveloped and narrow V-shaped lower arch, the teeth are crowded and positioned toward tongue. I decided to use the strategy of expanding the arch, flaring out the teeth with Invisalign aligners. Regarding premolars, I create sufficient interdental spaces, use elastics and buttons to add more pulling force to tilt the tooth crowns, use aligners to control the tooth roots.
