Bệnh nhân mong muốn cải thiện thẩm mỹ nụ cười. Hình ảnh ban đầu là trình trạng hoàn tất điều trị Invisalign.
Mục tiêu của giai đoạn 2 – Phục hình thẩm mỹ bằng mặt dán sứ Veneer:
. Thiết kế nụ cười và mô phỏng nụ cười thử nghiệm.
. Cải thiện màu sắc răng theo kì vọng bệnh nhân.
. Cải thiện hình thể răng và khôi phục răng mẻ vỡ.
Hình ảnh kết thúc sau 2 tuần tái khám. Kết thúc điều trị, bệnh nhân sử dụng hàm duy trì Vivera.
Mặt dán sứ VENEER là phục hình sứ thuỷ tinh cao cấp, mỏng từ 0.1 – 0.6mm được dán vĩnh viễn ở mặt ngoài răng, thay đổi được màu sắc răng, hình thể răng, và cải thiện thẩm mỹ nụ cười. CASE OF INVISALIGN CLEAR ALIGNER AND PORCELAIN VENEER (PHASE 2)
The phase 1 was posted previously in May 23, 2022.
The patient would like to improve smile aesthetics. The “before” photo is the condition Invisalign treatment has been completed.
The treatment goals of phase 2 –Restoration with porcelain veneers:
. Smile design and trial smile.
. Improve the color of teeth based on the patient expactation.
. Improve tooth form and restore chipped teeth.
The “after” photo is taken after 2 weeks of follow-up. At the end of treatment, the patient used the Vivera retainer.
